Job Summary:

Titan Medical Group is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, including the setup and operation of imaging equipment.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients for imaging.
  • Assist the physician during procedures, including maintaining sterile fields and handling instruments.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide basic life support as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a cath lab setting, preferably with a travel company.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
