Job Title: Truck Captain - Junk Removal and Moving Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
  • Operate the junk truck safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct daily truck inspections and maintain necessary equipment.
  • Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
  • Make logistical decisions, such as when to dispose of items and how to complete jobs.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating our core values to the team.
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
  • Complete daily checklists and prevent careless mistakes.

As a Truck Captain, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the job. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided. You will also be responsible for operating the junk truck safely and efficiently, conducting daily truck inspections, and maintaining necessary equipment.
