Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
  • Assist guests with menu and beverage selection
  • Recommend wine pairings to complement entrees
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of cocktails and wine
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • 21+ age requirement to bartend
