ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Counselor to join our team. As a Licensed Counselor, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents within the EPSDT program.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote positive outcomes and improve client well-being.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Counselor.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
- Strong assessment and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Competitive salary ranging from $45-55 per hour, based on experience.
