  • Familiarity with sub-base materials and their placement and compaction.
  • Understanding of workplace safety protocols, including proper backing procedures and the use of flagmen.
  • Knowledge of underground and overhead service requirements.
  • Awareness of excavator and backhoe loading specifications, including load charts and critical picks.
  • Must successfully pass a post-offer drug screening.
