Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Respiratory Therapy Instructor to join our team at UnityPoint Health. As an Adjunct Professor of Respiratory Care, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational content to our students, as well as evaluating their performance and providing feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver course content for face-to-face and online learning environments
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Maintain up-to-date computer skills to enter content into learning management systems and assist students with technical issues
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Respiratory Care or a related field
  • 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with prior teaching experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and current RRT credential
  • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats, as well as proficiency in computer skills and learning management systems
