Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations
  • Assist the Practice Manager in staffing and scheduling to meet our goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our support staff and the community
  • Support the growth and development of our team members through our internal training programs
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and appointments
  • Oversee the medical care of all patients and ensure high-quality treatment
  • Partner with hospital leadership to maintain medical quality and standards

Requirements
  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state of employment or the ability to obtain a license in that state
