About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Parker at Stonegate assisted living residence. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Conduct vital signs, monitor resident health, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with dementia and geriatric care, using person-centered approaches to promote their well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • Active Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) certification in NJ in good standing.
  • High School graduate or GED required.
  • Experience working with geriatric and/or dementia patients, preferred.
  • Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful, and confidential manner.
  • Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment.
  • Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes.
