We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team for a 14-week travel assignment in Royal Oak, Michigan.
Job SummaryThis is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in radiology technology. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate
- and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transports patients as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One to three years of experience as a Technologist
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
- PC skills
- Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
