Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment
- Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors
- Education and Experience
- Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
- BSN required within three years
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
- Work Schedule
- Part-time | 48-60 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Night shift | 12-hour shifts | 7pm-7:30am
- Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) | rotating holidays
- Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate minimum: $36.83 (ADN); $37.75 (BSN); $38.69 (MSN), pay determined by experience
- Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
- $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates
