Compensation Details
As an Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to earn an estimated first year's earnings potential ranging from $53,000 to $90,000, depending on your performance. This includes uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions that can significantly increase your annualized income over time.

Responsibilities

  • Building Relationships
    Establish strategic partnerships with real estate and mortgage professionals to grow your client base.
  • Risk Mitigation
    Collaborate with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide customized solutions to minimize risks.
  • Revenue Growth
    Contribute to the company's monthly new business revenue goals as an individual and team member.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

    You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have experience working in fast-paced environments, and be proficient in B2B or B2C sales.
