Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at CVS Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Operate pharmacy equipment, including automated dispensing systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives, including improving patient satisfaction, reducing errors, and increasing efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices, regulations, and technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification or degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately prepare and dispense medications, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
