Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Child Mental Health Specialist to join our team at The Sparc Network. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in the Raleigh, Wake Forest, and Cary areas.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and adolescents with mental health needs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in the mental health field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHA), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
