347 Group, Inc. is a leading provider of staffing resources to various industries. We are seeking an experienced Wildlife Biologist for our Central Valley team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our generous benefits package includes company-paid medical insurance, paid holidays, 401k, and paid time off (PTO).

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Biology or a closely related field, with previous construction monitoring experience in similar California environments. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations is essential.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys, recording data using company forms and established field methodology, and preparing daily progress/monitoring reports as needed. They will also work independently or as part of a team to implement mitigation measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
