Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of public safety professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential safety risks and hazards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in emergency management or a related field.
  • Experience working in a military or government environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and organizational standards related to public safety.
