We have openings for Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary role of a Certified Nursing Aide includes:
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Providing nutritional support by feeding residents and ensuring hydration.
- Responding promptly to resident requests and call lights.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in resident rooms.
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions.
- Offering emotional support and fostering trust with residents.
- Documenting care provided in accordance with facility policies.
- Adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Certification as a Nursing Aide in good standing.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with programs like Excel and Word.
- Understanding of safe nursing practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Patience and a positive attitude when interacting with residents.
