Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Deliver specialized instruction and support based on individual requirements and caseload specifications.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, families, and specialists to develop and sustain effective educational strategies.
- Evaluate and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
- Valid state certification/licensure in Special Education.
- Preferred experience in a similar educational role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with students across various educational levels and needs.
