Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Convey our expertise in printing and design solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate customer requirements to our internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Provide information about our products and services, take or enter orders, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other printing and design solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and internal teams.
