About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Neuro Epilepsy Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and provide education to patients and families.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care, including medication administration and wound care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Neuro Nursing experience
