Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Tifton, GA. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities, providing behavioral supports and interventions to help them achieve independence and community involvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision and support to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral support plans (BSPs) to address individual needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop strategies to promote independence and community involvement
  • Provide training and support to direct support staff on implementation of BSPs and related data collection

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification or eligibility
  • Master's degree in psychology, behavioral analysis, education, social work, or related field
  • Minimum of 35 hours training and education in behavioral analysis and behavioral supports
  • At least two years' experience with behavioral supports evaluation and services for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculum
