Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LOFT. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our clients, exceeding their expectations, and adhering to our service standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, create loyalty, and have the ability to multitask while servicing internal and external clients.
  • Address client concerns, resolve issues, and involve management when necessary.
  • Portray a gracious, friendly, energetic, and engaging manner, and be respectful and professional at all times.
  • Take ownership of your professional growth and development, solicit and incorporate feedback, and consistently receive positive, unsolicited client feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with store management, team members, and external clients in person, through written correspondence, and over the phone.
  • Build collaborative and productive relationships by sharing ideas, treating others fairly, with respect, and valuing differences.
  • Embody our values and behaviors, inspire the team by leading by example, and support an environment of learning and trust.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, tasks, and maintain a client-focused environment.
  • Meet merchandise processing standards, maintain an organized and accessible work area, and adhere to Loss Prevention practices.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, report potential hazards, and ensure that exits are unobstructed.
  • Participate in and assist with inventory preparation, report to work as scheduled, and record time worked accurately.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stock room.
