Key Responsibilities- Perform radiation therapy and imaging procedures, including X-ray and radioactive substance applications.
- Deliver prescribed treatments to patients, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Conduct quality assessment activities, education, and training for radiation therapy students.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists to maintain prescribed standards and ensure patient safety.
- Provide patient education and participate in clinical education and research projects.
- 2-Year College Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy Technology.
- Licensed by the State of Ohio through the Ohio Department of Health in Radiation Therapy.
- 2+ years of Radiation Therapy experience.
