Credentials

Board certification in anesthesiology is required, along with an AZ medical license and DEA license.

Scheduling and Logistics

This is a full-time locum tenens opportunity with a 1 week on/1 week off schedule. The candidate will work 40 hours per week and have access to flight, car rental, hotel, and mileage reimbursement.
