About the Position: Perimeter Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Missouri. This residential treatment facility provides care to adolescents, and our goal is to provide a responsive healing environment for patients and inspire hope and contribute to health and well-being by offering integrated clinical practice, education, and compassion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough psychosocial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. This role requires building crucial support networks by maintaining connections with families and community resources. Additionally, you will lead engaging daily group therapy sessions that foster growth and healing. Your success will also involve strategic discharge planning and follow-up care, serving as a vital link between patients and community mental health resources.

Requirements: A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is required. Current unrestricted licensure (LMSW or LPC preferred) and minimum one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience are necessary. Passion for working with youth and families is essential, along with a commitment to completing CPR and Handle with Care Training within 30 days.
