We are in search of a committed Editorial Manager to lead the editorial team and manage the production timeline. This role requires collaboration with writers, editors, and various team members to ensure the effective release of The Kenyon Review. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in English, journalism, or a related discipline, along with robust project management capabilities and the ability to collaborate successfully within a team environment.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee production timelines for both print and digital content.
- Delegate and coordinate assignments with authors, editors, and associates.
- Manage grant submissions and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the editorial staff and other personnel.
- Represent the organization at various conferences and professional gatherings.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or possess 2-4 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial. Experience in editorial management, publishing, and event coordination is preferred.
