This position requires the successful candidate to perform various janitorial duties, including cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing school facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and supplies used.
  • Assist with special events, including setting up and tearing down facilities.
  • Respond to requests from faculty and staff for janitorial services.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Prior experience in janitorial work or a related field is preferred.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $30,000 - $42,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
