Job Description

Gerry Lane CDJR is seeking a skilled Vehicle Restoration Specialist to join our team. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Cleaning, waxing, polishing, and refurbishing vehicles that have been damaged in collisions or are simply in need of restoration.
  2. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
  3. Understanding and delivering on specific customer requirements, providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Maintaining the proper functioning of all service tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  5. Reporting any damage or concerns to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
  6. Working effectively with team members to coordinate and arrange tasks efficiently.
  7. Maintaining excellent standards and quality of service, representing our organization positively.
  8. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

  • A hardworking personality with demonstrated leadership qualities and eagerness to improve.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
