We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Medical Group Alaska. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and provide medical opinions on a variety of patients, including federal, defense, and other customers.
- Perform occupational health exams, including pre- and post-employment and annual physicals, to ensure the health and well-being of our patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including written medical opinions based on provided medical records and acceptable clinical evidence.
- Provide telephonic and virtual exams, as well as unique exam settings, such as homebound and event sites.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited college or university.
- Current National Licensing with ANCC or AANP.
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care/internal medicine experience.
- Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice in the state of hire.
- Ability to obtain DEA license.
- Valid BLS or ACLS certification.
- Ability to earn and maintain clinical training/certifications as required by current and future contracts.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government clearances (LARS, Public Trust, NACI, etc.) as required.
- Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations.
- Competitive salary range: $110,000-$160,000 (based on years of experience and education) with a potential annual bonus up to 30%.
