This pivotal role is essential for assisting the team in fulfilling its financial obligations by delivering timely and accurately risk-assessed forecasts for the NMCI Domain, along with comprehensive FP&A support for the SMIT program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate pre-close and close reporting for the NMCI Division.
  • Compile Monthly MOR, Quarterly QBR Packages, and Quarterly Forecast Review packages.
  • Coordinate and support essential weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables that monitor and communicate the performance of key business metrics such as Backlog, Revenue, Operating Income, and Free Cash Flow.
  • Assist in the consolidated planning of all Revenue, EBITDA, Cash, and Balance Sheet accounts for the Division.
  • Conduct various financial cost analysis functions.
  • Ensure cost allocations adhere to established protocols.
  • Utilize accounting principles to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including FP&A and Program Financial Analysis (PFA).
  • Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Insight is advantageous.
  • Ability to aggregate and analyze substantial volumes of data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aggregating large datasets for analytics and visualization using tools such as Power BI.
