We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at TFB-Catering (Per Diem, TFB Catering) in Lancaster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our guests.
Responsibilities- Set up and tear down work stations to ensure a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
- Prepare and stock ingredients necessary for the evening service.
- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to prepare menu items.
- Maintain food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
