Compensation and Benefits:
- Family Medicine: $300,000 plus performance-based bonuses tied to RVU production.
- Internal Medicine/Pediatrics: $315,000 with additional bonuses based on RVU metrics.
- Sign-On Bonus: A generous $40,000 sign-on incentive.
- Retention Bonus: Total of $30,000, distributed as $10,000 at the conclusion of years 1, 2, and 3.
- Quality Bonus: Potential for a quality bonus amounting to 10% of the base salary, applicable upon reaching base salary eligibility.
- Time Off: Enjoy 33 days of paid time off annually.
- Continuing Medical Education: 5 days off plus $6,000 allocated for CME each year.
- Call Schedule: 1:4 call rotation.
