Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote swim lesson participants.
  • Actively engage with parents, children, and staff to create a welcoming environment.
  • Participate in monthly meetings, events, and in-services to stay updated on aquatic programs.

Flexible evening schedules available for weekdays; flexible morning and evening schedules for weekends. Some holidays.

Minimum Qualifications: Completion of the 8th grade. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification, one year of experience teaching a curriculum-based swim program and working with children, swimming experience, and one year of junior coaching experience.
