Truck Supervisor Lead

Fleet Maintenance Manager: We are seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to join our team at FedEx Freight. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing fleet maintenance personnel, activities, and equipment readiness at a small shop location or on a shift at a large shop location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Employees: You will be responsible for leading, educating, and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Equipment Repair and Maintenance: You will oversee the repair and maintenance of our equipment, ensuring that it is done in a high-quality and timely manner.
- Monitor Employee Performance: You will monitor employee performance, provide corrective action when necessary, and be accessible to all areas of the shop.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, two years of vehicle maintenance experience, and six months of team lead/supervisory/management experience are required. One year of vehicle maintenance technical school training may substitute for one year of vehicle equipment maintenance experience.
- Skills: Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, basic written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of tractor and trailer maintenance are preferred.
Salary Range: The estimated salary range for this role is $71,215 - $112,520 per year, depending on experience.
