We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Joint and Spine team at Parham Doctors' Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with a focus on joint and spine conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical and administrative support on the unit, working closely with the clinical team to create and implement a care plan that meets each patient's needs.
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Coordinate unit activities and ensure accountability of all assigned tasks.
- Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, including discharge planning needs.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or has a Compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
