Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and track numerous legal matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Prepare and finalize legal documents for e-Filing and filing via PACER, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with third parties, including client representatives, other companies, and institutions, on behalf of attorneys.
- Develop and implement systems to manage client workflow, tasks, and documentation, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Organize and coordinate conference calls and client meetings, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
- Prepare new client matter requests, coordinate approval, conflict search processes, and new matter letters, maintaining accurate records and timely communication.
- Review and edit bills and related reports according to client billing arrangements, facilitating prompt responses to client billing inquiries.
- Maintain a multitude of open client matters in Serengeti, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate tracking.
- Maintain electronic and paper files, adhering to Firm and client service team guidelines.
- Monitor attorney calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare, track, and maintain attorney expenses in Chrome River.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
