**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 per year

Southern Pines Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced Brewery Taproom Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our taproom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality beer sales.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise taproom staff and ensure they provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase beer sales and attract new customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with brewery staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Knowledge of craft beer industry and trends.
