School Age Program Leader

Community Teamwork Inc is committed to providing high-quality childcare services to families in our community. As a Group Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our School Age Program.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supervising children at all school age sites, maintaining accurate attendance records, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children during before and after school hours.
  • Maintain accurate daily group lists and attendance records.
  • Encourage positive relationships between children, families, and staff.
  • Develop and implement engaging weekly curricula.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with Site Coordinators and other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working with children in a group setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
