Requirements
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or operations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
