Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Alpers Insulation L.L.C. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in installing insulation systems in various settings, including walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems
  • Conduct blower door tests to evaluate building airtightness
  • Operate various insulation machines
  • Load materials and transport them to construction sites

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous construction experience preferred
  • Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
  • Ability to work in various environments, including indoors and outdoors
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexible schedule
  • Physical stamina
