You should possess outstanding customer service skills, relevant field experience, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work schedule. A successful Senior Maintenance Technician effectively handles all service requests, delivering exceptional service and maintenance for various job sizes while surpassing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer service requests and field assignments.
- Engage with clients to introduce yourself and outline the services to be provided.
- Ensure clients sign the Terms and Conditions prior to commencing work.
- Perform routine servicing of equipment in the field.
- Evaluate and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Install and test new machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Provide technical guidance on new equipment installations.
- Maintain inventory of equipment in the service vehicle.
- Complete service reports accurately.
- Utilize technology (Camera, Phone, Tablet) as part of all operations.
- Note: You will not modify or repair any part of the client's property.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Ability to supervise a Field Technician.
- Experience in managing subcontractors is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to complete tasks within set deadlines.
- Practical experience in a maintenance environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Effective communication and training capabilities.
- Physically capable of handling heavy equipment.
