Key Responsibilities:

The Automotive Tire Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of tires on various vehicles. This role offers opportunities for growth and development through on-the-job training and hands-on experience.

Key Tasks:

  • Install new tires and wheels, ensuring proper fitment and balance
  • Perform tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, and repairs, to extend tire life and ensure optimal vehicle performance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest tire technology and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work a minimum of 35 hours per week during regular business hours, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work well in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
