About the Role

Centennial Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical RN Coordinator to join our Same Day Surgery team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pre-op and PACU units.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions during designated shifts.
  • Function as a resource person for staff members and assist in necessary education of individual members of the nursing staff.
  • Assume responsibility for the overall quality of nursing care provided when on duty.

Requirements

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required on hire.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
  • Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of SAME DAY SURGERY or critical care preferred.
  • Six months leadership/management experience is required.
