The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the common areas, office spaces, and all units post-move out. This role is crucial in ensuring that the community presents a welcoming environment for potential residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Service Manager and follow daily assignments.
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas including the office, clubhouse, fitness center, model units, and laundry facilities according to company standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks, utilizing appropriate protective gear.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring all appliances, bathrooms, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and presented in pristine condition.
- Manage cleaning supplies effectively, ensuring proper stock levels and usage while preventing misuse.
- Prepare the office and model units for daily operations, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance.
- Promptly remove litter from all common areas to uphold the community's aesthetic.
- Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance skills relevant to the position.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in housekeeping. A professional demeanor, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, supervisors, and team members are essential. Reliable transportation is also required.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
