Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst for International Tax plays a crucial role in managing tax compliance, reporting, and strategic planning for the Company's global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the international tax components of U.S. federal tax compliance, including the calculation of GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, BEAT, and foreign tax credits, along with the preparation of necessary forms and technical documentation.
  • Assist in fulfilling Country-by-Country reporting obligations.
  • Track the implementation of OECD Pillar 2 initiatives and aid in the preparation of calculations and reporting related to potential Pillar 2 tax liabilities.
  • Collaborate with international controllers to ensure compliance with foreign tax requirements and support cash tax forecasting.
  • Provide assistance with the international tax aspects of IRS and foreign tax audits.
  • Calculate tax provisions related to the Company's international activities, including current and deferred tax provisions, tax reserves, and account reconciliations.
  • Support transfer pricing operations, including calculations, documentation, intercompany agreements, and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and maintenance of the Company's international tax structure.
  • Assist with the international tax considerations in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, structuring, and integration.
  • Effectively communicate complex tax issues to management, including the implications of tax reform legislation and internal business changes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; CPA and/or MST preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance and accounting, with 2-3 years focused on U.S. international taxation.
  • Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to research, understand, and convey complex tax technical issues.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a high-performing team, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Oracle and OneSource Tax Provision is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $119,480 annually, with exact compensation dependent on skills, experience, and location.
