Speech-Language Pathologist Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic school setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and backgrounds, providing personalized support and guidance to help them overcome communication challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and progress
- Provide therapy sessions to students, adapting to their unique learning styles and abilities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure or eligibility to practice in Kansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
