Job Title: Trades Supervisor

As a Trades Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff who perform journeyman trades, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently, while also providing guidance and training to your team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to perform complex installations and repairs
  • Inspect equipment and determine needed repairs
  • Prioritize and assign work to team members
  • Ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  • Oversee daily operations, including long-range planning and budgeting
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Up to one year of specialized training in general trades
  • Seven years of progressively responsible trades experience, with some experience in a supervisory role
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level II Certification in plumbing
