Manufacturing Assembler II

Adecco is currently supporting our client in their search for an Assembler II position. The successful candidate **must possess a background in manufacturing and prior experience in assembling large components.** Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints is essential, along with the ability to accurately use a tape measure.
This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
**Compensation:** $25.00 per hour
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble machinery parts and components utilizing various hand and power tools.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints to assemble machines and ensure accuracy.
- Report any issues to the Lead or Supervisor promptly.
- Independently assemble machines with minimal supervision.
- Input job data into the Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols when handling equipment and machinery.
- Differentiate between parts and specifications.
- Meet production deadlines consistently.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Transport parts and components to various departments as needed.
- Some experience in welding is beneficial.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of three years of experience as an Assembler I in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
- Welding experience in TIG and MIG processes is advantageous.
- Ability to assemble machines with limited guidance.
- Knowledge of safety procedures is required.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
