We are a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider serving patients in various locations.

As a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for caring for a census of 5-6 patients in their homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personalized care and support to patients.
  • Assist with daily living activities.
  • Help with toileting, positioning, and transfer activities.
  • Support prescribed exercise and ROM activities.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and patient laundry.
  • Prepare and assist with meals.
  • Report any changes in patient's condition to the Nurse.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Valid CNA license in the state of OK.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable mode of transportation.
  • Autorized to work in the United States.
  • English fluency is not required; Se Habla Español.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • Competitive salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
