Job Summary

The Expediter is responsible for ensuring the highest quality steak/food is served to our guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Set up trays and facilitate expediting food out of the kitchen
* Ensure plate presentation standards are met
* Adhere to recipes and cooking procedures to ensure food quality
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely food delivery
