Job Summary
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Transmission Line Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering and design team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in transmission line engineering and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate LiDar data into PLSCADD format with high accuracy
- Perform analysis on strengths and forces on poles
- Provide technical support to the transmission engineering and design team
- Develop and implement safe, cost-effective, and quality engineering and design services
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Support proposal development and project cost estimating
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 2+ years of experience in transmission line engineering (69kV and up)
- PLSCADD experience required
- Reviewing survey data or LiDar experience
- Foundation analysis experience
